about afterschool pick up

At Grand Martial Arts, we offer afterschool pick-up for students from Brisbane Boys’ College,

making it convenient and safe for parents and fun for the kids. 

Here’s how it works: 

• Prep Students: We pick up Prep students directly from their classroom and walk them to 

the meeting point.

• Years 1-12: Students from Years 1 to 12 meet us at Kensington Terrace for pickup. 

Every day, we send a photo update to parents once pick-up is complete. We then walk as

a group to Toowong station and take the train to Indooroopilly station. Once we arrive at 

our center, students enjoy martial arts classes as follows: 

Class Times: 

• 3:30–4:30 pm

• 4:30–5:30 pm 

Pick-Up 

Parents are welcome to pick up anytime before 5:45 pm, and we can arrange 

a later pickup if needed.

• Years 1-6: Students from Years 1 to 6 meet us at Taringa Parade for pickup. 

Each day, we send a picture update to parents after pick-up. We walk together to the academy,

with students’ bags placed in a trolley for easy transport. At the academy, students enjoy martial 

arts classes as follows: 

Class Times: 

• 3:30–4:30 pm 

• 4:30–5:30 pm 

Pick-Up Options 

Parents are welcome to pick up anytime before 5:45 pm, and we can arrange 

a later pickup if needed.
