Students will learn practical self-defence techniques to handle bullying and physical confrontations and gain valuable life skills like discipline, focus, and respect. Our program teaches basic anatomy and defence philosophy, helping kids make smart decisions under pressure. In our kids’ Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, students will learn how to effectively defend themselves using leverage and technique, rather than relying on size or strength.
